Introduction
Effective January 1, 2012, eligible members have $2,000.00 for covered legal services.
Everything you need to know about using your benefit is in the Plan Booklet. You may also print the forms you need or look up an attorney in your area for your specific matter. If may also find out if your matter is covered not - BEFORE you incur any expense.
